Does this chiller really produce ice in my ice bath?
Yes. In ice-making mode, the chiller cools your water to 0°C and forms real ice inside the ice bath, so you get the coldest possible plunge without buying or loading ice bags.
Will it work with my existing ice bath?
Yes. It is universally compatible and fits any ice bath, whatever its shape or brand. It connects with quick connectors, so you can upgrade your current setup without replacing your tub.
How long does it take to cool the water?
For 300 litres at 25–28°C room temperature, it takes about 3.2 hours to go from 28°C to 0°C, and about 2.3 hours from 25°C to 3°C. Times vary with your tub's insulation, water volume and outdoor temperature.
Can I control the chiller from my phone?
Yes. The chiller is Wi-Fi enabled and works with a smart app on iOS and Android, so you can set the temperature, switch between cooling and heating, and set ozone and schedule timers remotely. You can also use the built-in touchscreen.
How is the water kept clean?
The chiller has a multi-stage filtration system with a replaceable pleated filter cartridge, plus an integrated ozone generator that supports cleaner, fresher water between sessions.
