Ice Bath Rental Service Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an ice bath rental with CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1 To secure a reservation, the client must complete the booking process and provide a valid payment method.

2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

2.3 A refundable deposit of 1000 AED is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned to the client within 5 days of the rental period, provided that the ice bath and related equipment are returned in the same condition as they were provided.

2.4 Prices are subject to change, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund, including the deposit.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The deposit will be refunded in full.

3.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time or for no-shows, but the deposit will be refunded.

4. Delivery and Setup

4.1 CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae will deliver and set up the ice bath at the agreed-upon location and time.

4.2 The client must ensure that the setup location is accessible, safe, and suitable for the ice bath.

4.3 CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, without refund of the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded.

5. Use of Equipment

5.1 The client agrees to use the ice bath responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided by CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae.

5.2 The client is responsible for any damage to the ice bath or related equipment due to misuse or neglect during the rental period. In such cases, the cost of the repairs will be deducted from the deposit, with any remaining balance refunded to the client.

6. Liability

6.1 CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae is not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from the use of the ice bath.

6.2 The client agrees to release and hold harmless CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the ice bath.

7. Weather Conditions
7.1 In the event of severe weather conditions that prevent the safe use of the ice bath, CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae may reschedule the rental at no additional cost to the client. The deposit will be carried over to the new booking date.

8. Privacy

8.1 CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking and provide the rental service.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 CPJO General Trading FZCO T/A Recover.ae reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
